If this random event doesn't happen at all after resetting the OS it should be mentioned that there is HID-compliant touchscreen appears, but hidden and showing error 45, as if the hardware was not connected. Menu, under the Human Interface Devices category Randomly, after powering-up (and after multiple OS resets), a couple times the touchscreen has worked for some seconds and then stops functioning again without doing anything (even disconnected from the internet, meaning no automated windows udpates). WORKS (I even updated windows version by using my finger to restart the PC when prompted to do so!!!). OS: Windows 10 64-bit Version: 1709 (and the problem exists since 1614).
